4. Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

Information entered for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved (or stored in a separate document file if on paper), stored for a certain period under internal policies and other applicable legal grounds for information protection (see retention and use period), and then destroyed.

For children under 14, the legal representative has the right to view or correct the child’s personal information and to withdraw consent to collection.
